Service Terms – Rafael’s Dry Cleaning

By submitting items for cleaning, the customer agrees to these terms. We make every effort to provide professional, high-quality care according to the type of garment, fabric, and manufacturer’s care instructions.

1. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, particularly for old stains, paint, ink, bleach, or stains that have damaged the fabric fibers.
2. Delicate or older items, as well as garments with decorations, prints, buttons, zippers, or special accessories, are handled with care. However, changes may occur due to normal wear, fabric quality, or the cleaning process.
3. Customers are responsible for emptying all pockets and informing us of stains, previous repairs, or any special sensitivity of the garment.
4. Pickup, delivery, and completion times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and the type of treatment required.
5. Any claim regarding damage or a missing item should be reported to us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
6. If an item is proven to have been damaged as a direct result of the cleaning process and the dry cleaner is responsible, compensation will be limited to up to five times the cleaning price paid for that specific item, subject to applicable law.
7. Items that are not collected for an extended period after cleaning has been completed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Pickup & Drop-Off services are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
